PROGRAM BASICS
What is KAST?
KAST is NatureKast’s dedicated trade community for specifiers who regularly incorporate outdoor kitchens into their projects. Members gain access to exclusive benefits including education, technical support, project rewards, marketing materials, and priority access to events and new product information.
Who is eligible to join?
KAST is open to qualified design professionals who specify NatureKast in outdoor kitchen projects.
Eligible members typically include:
- Interior designers
- Landscape designers and landscape architects
- Architects
- Kitchen and design professionals who create project plans and product selections
To be eligible for rewards, applicants must influence product selection through design/specification and must not be the purchasing party on the project.
Are NatureKast dealers eligible for KAST?
No. This program is exclusive to professionals who specify NatureKast but cannot qualify to become a NatureKast dealer.
How do I apply?
Simply complete the application form here and provide basic business information and proof of professional status.
How long does the approval process take?
Applications are reviewed within 3-5 business days. You’ll receive an email once approved or if more information is required.
What happens after I’m approved?
You’ll receive a welcome email with a link to the KAST portal where you can create your unique login. The KAST portal is where you can access designer resources, order samples, and submit projects for rewards. You’ll also be connected with a member of the NatureKast team who can answer questions and offer support.
Is there a cost to join the program?
No. Membership in KAST is free for qualifying professionals.
Can I participate if I’m located outside North America?
At this time, the program is available only to professionals based in North America.
Do my clients need to purchase through a dealer?
Yes. All cabinetry orders must be placed through an authorized NatureKast dealer.
How can I find the right dealer for my client?
We’ll be happy to provide you with a list of authorized dealers in your area.
What do I do if my business information changes?
Please email any changes to our team at kast@naturekast.com. Keeping your information current ensures accurate reward payments and proper support.
EARNING REWARDS
What projects are eligible for rewards?
Projects containing NatureKast components that are specified by a KAST member and ordered through a registered dealer are eligible. To qualify for rewards, the specifier collecting the reward cannot be the purchasing party on the project.
What is considered a “specified” project?
A project is considered “specified” when a KAST member has selected, recommended, or included NatureKast cabinetry in the design plans presented to the client—and those items are included in the final order.
What qualifies toward my annual specification total?
Any NatureKast cabinetry, related components, and NatureKast-provided appliances sold at MSRP and shipped within the calendar year count toward your total.
What rewards can I earn?
Your annual reward is a dollar amount based on the MSRP of all projects you specified:

How is my reward percentage determined?
Your highest eligible reward threshold is determined by your total annual specification amount at NatureKast’s MSRP. Only your final year-end total is used to determine your reward.
SUBMITTING PROJECTS
How do I submit a project for rewards?
Submit your project details by logging into the KAST portal and clicking "Submit a Project" You will need the dealer information and order number. If you do not know the NatureKast order number, please reach out directly to the dealer or to kast@naturekast.com.
What is the deadline for submitting projectcs?
To make sure your reward is included in the correct annual payout, please follow these timelines:
- Projects shipping January–November:
Submit within 30 days of shipment.
- Projects shipping in December:
Submit by January 10 of the following year to be included in the January payout.
Submissions received after Jan 10 will still be accepted, but they’ll be added to the next year’s annual reward payout.
Can multiple people from the same firm earn rewards on the same project?
No. Only the approved KAST member who submits the claim for that project can earn the reward. Individuals partnering on a project may choose to split the rewards amongst themselves.
REWARDS PAYOUT
When are rewards paid out?
Rewards are automatically paid out at the end of each calendar year.
KAST members have the option to redeem rewards at any point in the year, but they must be redeemed in full and will reset to tier 1 when redeemed.
How will I know my annual total and reward amount?
KAST members can track and redeem rewards progress through their KAST portal.
What reward redemption options are available?
KAST members in Tier 1 & 2 can redeem rewards in the form of gift cards from a curated list of premium retailers or charitable organizations.
KAST members in Tier 3 & 4 have the option to redeem rewards as gift cards or cash payouts.
EDUCATION, SUPPORT & TRAINING
Can you host a Lunch & Learn for my team?
Absolutely! We offer in-person and virtual sessions. You can request a Lunch & Learn by emailing kast@naturekast.com.
Do you provide technical support during the design process?
Yes. KAST members have direct access to NatureKast’s technical and design and production team for layout support, product guidance, and installation questions.
Do members receive samples?
Yes. KAST members can order the below complimentary samples through the KAST portal:
- A designer sample kit with four colour blocks and one sample door of choice
- A catalog and brochure
- Additional finish samples upon request
