How to Use Your Cypress Incense Stick 

Always read and follow these instructions for use carefully before using the product 

Lighting your Incense Stick 

1. Hold the stick at the middle (it’s delicate and can break if held at the end). 
2. Light the tip with a lighter or match until a small flame catches.
3. Once lit, tilt the stick slightly downward (tip angled down a bit) and hold it until the flame settles and goes out on its own. This helps the ember transfer properly to the incense portion and keeps the initial scent clean
4. Place the stick on a fireproof, heat-resistant dish or tray. (Ceramic, metal, or stone is ideal.) It should burn for around 10 minutes. 

Safety Notes 

• When discarding, let everything cool completely, then discard the remaining ash. For the best scent experience, keep the surface clean between uses. 

• Only place the stick on a stable, uncluttered surface away from anything flammable (paper, fabric, dried florals, etc.). 

• Never move the dish while the stick is burning and always keep it away from drafts that could tip or shift it. 

• Keep out of reach of children and pets and use in a well-ventilated space. 

• Never leave it unattended while burning.
